Industrial-grade fused silica micro-powder is an ultra-fine powder material made from high-purity quartz sand through high-temperature melting, cooling, crushing, and precise classification. It has the characteristics of high purity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent insulation, chemical stability, and high-temperature resistance, and is widely used in fields such as electronic packaging, composite materials, coatings, and ceramics.

Product Features:
High Purity: The SiO2 content is ≥ 99%, and the impurity content is extremely low, ensuring product stability.
Ultra-fine Particle Size: The D50 particle size is adjustable (the typical range is 0.5-50μm), with a uniform distribution and good fluidity.
High-temperature Resistance: The melting point is ≥ 1700ºC, and it has strong resistance to thermal shock.
Chemical Inertness: Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, insoluble in water and organic solvents .
Electrical Insulation: The dielectric constant is low (3.5-4.0).
High Hardness: The Mohs hardness is 6, which can improve the wear resistance of composite materials.

Application Fields:
Electronic Materials: Filling materials for epoxy resin packaging materials, copper-clad laminates, and silicone bonding agents.
Coatings/Adhesives: Improves wear resistance, weather resistance, and leveling property.
Ceramics/Refractory Materials: Reduces the sintering temperature and improves density.
